Overview

Quality management is essential to the success of a quality program. Organizations that are serious about quality have robust quality management systems to ensure these activities are properly supported and implemented. In this course, you will learn about quality concepts, the cost of quality, quality planning, quality control, quality improvement, quality documents, and the importance of corrective and preventive actions.

By the end of this course, you will be able to
