Overview

An optical fiber is a flexible, transparent strand of glass or plastic, used in the transmission of information. The continuous process of improving the performance and comfort of modern airplanes requires the use of lighter and more efficient materials such as fiber optics. In this course, you will learn about fiber optic systems.
